Food Assistance Programs

Many individuals do not have reliable access to healthy food, due to poverty, financial need, distance from grocery stores with produce, lack of access to transportation, or a combination of these factors. During these challenging times, even more families are facing financial hardship and barriers to accessing healthy food. Lack of access to healthy foods is a systemic issue that disproportionately impacts communities of color. We have included food assistance resources below which provide assistance, resources, and access to nutritious food.
