Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shop Products are Print-on-Demand
Orders are fulfilled by Printify, a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are only offered for damaged products or those with printing errors. Please take care to order the right size using the sizing charts for clothing items — if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind, we will not be able to process an exchange or refund.
In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we can offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the item, a detailed description of what’s wrong with it, and whether you prefer a refund or a replacement. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds & Exchanges
Claims will be sent to Printify for final resolution. If your claim is determined to be a damaged product of production error, we will send you an email to notify you that:
- Printify is producing and mailing you a new item, free of charge; or
- We are issuing a refund of the cost of the item to your original payment method.
