Research Survey: Support Needs and Long-Term Outcomes in Adults with MS

Researchers at the Rocky Mountain MS Center at University of Colorado are asking people with multiple sclerosis (MS) to be a part of our study by filling out a survey. The goal of the study is to learn more about the unique challenges people with multiple sclerosis may face in their lives. We hope to find ways to help prevent these challenges, or ways we can help support people with MS better.

This survey will ask you questions about your multiple sclerosis diagnosis and treatment. It will also ask questions about things in your life that may have been impacted by your diagnosis — including your education, job, quality of life and income.

You may take this survey if:

  • You have a diagnosis of MS from a neurologist
  • You are over the age of 18
  • It has been 5 years or more since your first symptom of MS, and
  • You have not filled out this survey in the past.

After completing the survey, you can choose to be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card.
