Dr. John Corboy, who’s wrapping up his remarkable work with his impending retirement from clinical care in October of 2024, has touched countless lives through his more than three decades serving people and their families living with MS in Colorado and beyond.

Dr. Corboy is the Medical Director of the Rocky Mountain MS Center nonprofit organization, as well as Director of the Rocky Mountain MS Center at University of Colorado (RMMSC at CU).

Corboy was the founder of the University of Colorado MS Center (UCMSC) in 1997, also launching the first MS Clinic at Denver Health and resurrecting neurological MS care the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. The UCMSC began the development of the comprehensive, patient-centered care model for treating MS that would serve as the foundation for today’s Rocky Mountain MS Center.

To honor Dr. Corboy’s many contributions to the Rocky Mountain MS Center, we have launched the Dr. John Corboy Legacy Fund, an opportunity for supporters to contribute to the work of the MS Center in Dr. Corboy’s name.
