April 18-24, 2021 is National Volunteer Week! Please join us as we thank the wonderful volunteers who help us fulfill our mission: To improve the quality of life of individuals and their families living with MS and related neurological diseases through care, support, education and research. #NVW
Our supporters and volunteers are what makes our programs and services possible. We couldn’t continue to do our work without volunteers who spread the word about our organization and who support all of our efforts. One pair of volunteers who always show up for the RMMSC is Dick and Sheri Rotolo.
Dick and Sheri have volunteered with the RMMSC for 6 years. When asked why they started volunteering, Dick and Sheri said “MS touched us personally with our son’s 2014 diagnosis. We knew of the reputation of the RMMSC and encouraged him to start his treatment there. Subsequently, we became aware of the amazing research, outreach programs and other services it provided for those whose lives are impacted by MS and other neurological disorders. We can’t change our son’s diagnosis but we hope to make a difference by donating our time and resources.”
Not only are Sheri and Dick great RMMSC ambassadors, they always step up into leadership roles. We are so grateful that Sheri and Dick are our 2021 Gala Co-Chairs. They’ve been so helpful with gala plans and their passion to help others keeps us all energized. We are excited for our Gala in September because we have such great Co-Chairs supporting us the entire way.
Special thanks to Dick and Sheri Rotolo for being such amazing RMMSC volunteers.
