Health and well-being coaching creates a space for you to reflect inward and set new milestones to achieve a healthier and more balanced lifestyle, all under the guidance of health and well-being coach, Kelsey Morrow.
Kelsey meets with participants one on one to understand the changes that they would like to see in their lives. Health and well-being coaching can be for anything from sticking to a nutrition plan, working to improve your sleep, incorporating movement into your daily regimen, or even just talking through some health-related changes you’ve been considering. With each coaching session, you can expect 45 minutes of time dedicated to exploring habits that will stick to help you achieve your goals. During these sessions, Kelsey provides support, feedback, accountability, and encouragement from beginning to end. Kelsey works with you to discover sustainable actions that will help you achieve your goals, and she is eager to meet you wherever you are on your journey.
