Culinary Coach Elise Esposito joins the MS Center for a webinar focused on making healthy eating easier.
Eating smarter with MS doesn’t have to mean complicated recipes, expensive ingredients, or hours in the kitchen. In this practical webinar, we explore simple strategies that make healthy eating easier and more sustainable. Elise will share tricks for efficient grocery shopping, including how to plan ahead, spot smart bulk buys, and choose packaged items that can still support your health. She’ll also walk through the basics of the Mediterranean-style plate and why this balanced way of eating is often recommended for brain and heart health.
You’ll learn how to build simple Mediterranean-inspired meals, prepare a few easy kitchen staples from scratch, make the most of tools like big-batch cooking and freezer-friendly meals, and about practical kitchen items and pantry essentials that can save you both time and energy.
I’m so glad that you all are motivated to get cooking the meals I shared! Those pictures were meant mostly for inspiration, but I did find some delicious recipes that I can share, just know that the dish may not look exactly like my pictures. If you don’t have fresh herbs, you can use dried herbs. And don’t forget to think about where you can add more veggies!
