At the Rocky Mountain MS Center, we believe general health and wellness are key components to living with multiple sclerosis. Maximizing lifelong brain health starts with overall wellness, and maintaining daily activity levels throughout life.
We work to bring opportunities to our patients and clients, and at the recent RMMSC Education Summit, we shared three programs that are keeping people active and healthy. Please take a look at the videos below for information on the RMMSC Hydrotherpary program, the offerings of our friends at the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center, and Multiple Summits for Multiple Sclerosis, our annual fundraising campaign that sends teams of hikers out on the trails in support of the RMMSC.
