Multiple Summits for Multiple Sclerosis (MS4MS) 2013
It is almost August and MS4MS 2013 is off to a great start! There is still plenty of time to register for the event and start fundraising!

Our goal is to have 350 participants climbing or hiking, and to raise $100,000! Let’s keep up the momentum!

STEP BY STEP to end MS!

  • JOIN. Visit www.firstgiving.com/mscenter/MS4MS. This is where you’ll find helpful information about building a team, etc.
  • GROW. Invite friends, family, and co-workers to join your team.
  • DONATE. Give to your favorite team/s.
  • SHARE. Spread the word through your social media pages.
  • FUNDRAISE. Prizes are awarded to teams that raise the most money, climb the highest peak, build the biggest team, and summit the most peaks.
  • TRAIN. Shed those winter pounds and begin preparing for your climb.
  • HIKE!
Set up your team today to make sure you get a summit flag! The summit flags are 5′ X 3′ and will be distributed one per team to the first 40 teams that sign up.

T-Shirts and Summit Flags for MS4MS 2013 are in! We will have a scheduled pick up day Saturday, July 27th from 12- 4:00pm at the Denver Flagship REI Store. If you are unable to pick up at this time and place, please contact Katie Mills kmills@mscenter.org to make alternate arrangements.

Team Mount Hood, an all women mountaineering team, will be setting off this weekend for the first official MS4MS climb of 2013! Mount Hood is Oregon’s highest point and prominent landmark visible up to a hundred miles away. Although the mountain is only 11,250 feet, it is host to twelve glaciers and snowfields that will involve technical climbing for their team.
