Our colleagues at the Rocky Mountain MS Center at University of Colorado are seeking women between the ages of 18-50 who have been diagnosed with MS and are actively family planning, already had children, or not planning on having children to take this short survey.
The survey is part of the study titled “Evaluation of the Impact of a Diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis on Family Planning” (COMIRB: 23-0043, Principal Investigator Dr. Anna Shah). The goal of this survey is to learn more about how women with MS think about family planning and the conversations they have with their neurologists about this topic. Family planning is defined as putting resources (e.g., research, time, money, physical work, etc.) toward adding children to one’s family.
This survey is anonymous, and data collected will not be shared with their neurologist. It should only take about 10 minutes to complete. The links to the English and Spanish surveys are:
