Webinar: Estate Planning — The Basics Everyone Should Know

Estate planning is an important topic for everyone to be familiar with. Join the Rocky Mountain MS Center and experienced estate planning lawyer Mr. Thomas Wolf from Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe to demystify many of the terms used in estate planning such as a will, POA, MPOA, living will, and probate.

You will be able to submit questions at registration or live during the webinar. Please keep your questions general in nature as we will not be able to answer questions specific to your situation or give legal advice.

Tom will talk the audience through why it’s important to think about these topics early and to discuss them with your family. There are many decisions that can and should be made long before a person is incapacitated for health or other reasons. Putting these documents together ahead of time, and with the knowledge of all involved parties, can give a family more time to process the very difficult experience of losing a loved one.
