Physical activity for all has been greatly impacted due to the COVID-19 pandemic and continuing to live under “safer at home” orders. However, it is more important than ever to build an at home physical activity routine within these circumstances. Finding motivation to continue the routine, maintaining strength & activity levels, as well as alleviate sedentary behavior are all important in daily living. This webinar will discuss the importance of remaining physically active in the time of COVID-19 and ways you can do so from at home.
